Indrahar Pass is located at an altitude of 4342m above the sea level in the Dhauladhar range. The best season for trekking in Indrahar pass is mid-June to early October. It takes almost 9 days to complete a 35km trek of this pass. Indrahar Pass trek trails from Mcleod Ganj in Dharamshala and passes through beautiful Dhauladhar Range to Chamba. The trek starts off easy in the meadows and ends as moderate. The scenic view of Dhauladhar Range can be experienced closely. It passes through forests of Oak, Deodar, Pine and Rhododendron. The trail passes through villages to reach Triund, where you can enjoy local cuisines. From here, it moves toward Lahesh Caves, which gives an enthralling experience. The trek passes through the sights of peak Mani Mahesh Kailash and Pir Pinjal. The spectacular view of these peaks is breathtaking. The next stop is Macheter where the trekkers can relax before proceeding to Chamba, the last stoppage of the trek.
